'Glennifer Brae' is heritage listed on
Strathfield Council's Local Environment Plan. This section of Churchill
Avenue was subdivided as the 'King's Estate' in 1903. Churchill Avenue
was once known as The Avenue but renamed after WWII for British wartime
Prime Minister Winston Churchill. Churchill Avenue is a heritage
conservation area. |
